I've always wanted to go into the culinary field, so this is a possible job that I might want to pursue.

This person serves feeds a number of people, they have to create menu ideas that are possible serving items, and the head chef is who you have to run it by.
What trade school/college can you attend?
Many caterers get a degree in culinary institutes, and technical schools, and getting a business education is also good too.

The producer, because they have to go over the ideas for the menu, which goes over the length and date of the shoot, from this they will be able to come up with the final budget for the food, and equipment
