This week marks several things, including the end of the 2nd progress grading period on Friday, October 28th and Red Ribbon Week! See below for a few updates, and some highlights from around campus!
Red Ribbon Week: October 23rd-31st:
This week marks National Red Ribbon Week, where students are encouraged to commit to living drug free through various on-campus activities. Please read below for information about how Red Ribbon Week began, and what our students are doing on campus!
Absence Procedures Reminder (For additional information about absence policies and procedures, see pages 15-16 of the Student & Parent Handbook):
REPORTING ALL-DAY ABSENCES (BP 5113)
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to report his/her student’s absence from school by one of the following methods. Absences not reported by the day the student returns to school are truancies.
On the day the student is absent, the parent must call the absence line by 2:00 p. m.
After 2:00 p. m. and up to 10 school days after the absence:
Present to the attendance office a written note, signed by the parent/guardian
Call the Attendance Office at 760 723-6300 x 3305 (Eng) x3306 (Span)

Did you know that Fallbrook High School is the first school to partner with the Camarena Foundation through the creation of a club called "Camarena's Youth Crime Prevention"? Read more about their mission below:
- "By creating Camarena's Youth Crime Prevention Club on campus and reaching out to the community all over San Diego, our mission is to inform and prevent substance abuse within our youth, especially the most poisonous drug, Fentanyl."

There is no school on Friday, November 11th, in observance of Veteran's Day.

There is no school Monday, November 21st through Friday, November 25th, in observance of Thanksgiving Break.
