The Sun and its Galaxy
By: Tristan Freeman
The Sun's Core
The Sun's core is composed of a soup of protons, neutrons, and electrons.
The Radiative Zone
The Radiative zone is made of lots of energies.
The Convective Zone
The Convective Zone is made mainly of hydrogen and plasma.
Photosphere
The Photosphere is a sphere of light or radiance which is transparent
Chromosphere
The Chromosphere is the layer of red glow around the photosphere
Corona
The Corona is an aura of plasma around the sun
Sun spots
a spot or patch appearing from time to time on the sun surface
Solar Prominence
A solar prominence is a large, bright, gaseous feature extending outward from the Sun's surface, often seen in a loop shape
Solar Flare
A solar flare is a brief eruption of intense high-energy radiation from the sun's surface
Aurora
An aurora is a natural electrical phenomenon characterized by the appearance of streamers of reddish or greenish light in the sky, usually near the northern or southern magnetic pole.
