Platform Alternatives
A Guide for Southwest Parke eLearning
Choose a Platform
The chart below will help you choose the best platform for building your eLearning lesson. It will show you each platform's features, sample lessons, training course and a template for building your lesson.
When choosing, ask yourself these questions:
- What type of content will I be including?
- What platform is most user-friendly for my students?
- What do my students have experience using?
Other Options
Additional platforms may be considered for approval if they meet this set of criteria:
- You must be able to learn how to use it on your own.
- It must maintain good lesson flow, showing a linear progression of tasks students should follow.
- You must be able to provide a single public link accessible to students, parents and Help Desk support.
Google Classroom and email are good options for delivering your lesson to your students, but they do not meet the criteria for building your lesson.
Training Courses
Below are links to the Opportunity Courses for each of our recommended platforms.
