Bus Safety!
Beginning of the new school year is a great time to review bus safety and the importance of slowing down for the school bus. Here are some things to remember:
Always follow the speed limit and laws especially in school zones and at bus stops.
Never drive distracted or use a cell phone or device while driving.
Pay attention to flashing lights. It is illegal to pass a school bus when its red stop-arm is extended while loading or unloading children.
For more information please review the following link Bus Safety

Make Sure Your Health Forms Are Up-To-Date
Kindergarteners and students new to Willowbrook are required to provide the school with an Illinois health exam form with an immunization record and a physical, which was completed within one year prior to the first day of school. Kindergarteners and new students will also need to hand in a completed eye exam and dental form. The forms may be found at District 30 Health Forms. If your child will be participating in a Willowbrook sports club, it is required that your student have a health exam that was completed within one year prior to the last day of the club on file in the health office.
Second graders will need to turn in a dental form this school year by May 2023. If your student will be keeping allergy or asthma medication in the health office, a current health care plan from your physician is required.
Before any medication can be dispensed, the school must receive written instructions and a signed permission form from the student’s physician and parent. All medications must be properly labeled and kept in the Health Office. Parental permission must also be obtained for non-prescription medication. Please contact the Health Office at 847-400-8860 or lmullen@district30.org if you have questions.
