What is a TeamMates mentor?
A TeamMates mentor is someone who provides a young person with support, friendship, and a positive example. TeamMates mentors want to help young people reach their full potential. Mentors come from a every walk of life. As long as you can give one hour per week and have the willingness to share your talents, you can be a mentor
How much time will it take?
ONE hour a week. TeamMates asks that you make a commitment of meeting with your student for one hour a week in a school setting for a minimum of one year.
What do I do during mentor time?
Matches meet at school so you have a safe place to meet and are surrounded by resources.
