"Fly Eagles Fly"
Alex Bartman
The Eagle
My name is Luke, I was so fond of freedom, people made me the symbol of it. To defend my territory and attract a lady, I put on spectacular aerial displays including death-defying swoops and seemingly suicidal dogfights that involve locking talons with another bird and free-falling in a spiral. Us eagles' vision is among the sharpest of any animal and studies suggest that some eagles can spot an animal the size of a rabbit up to two miles away!
One day I was flying along the ocean then a friendly Humpback Whale who was stuck in a fishing line along the beach, so I helped her out. Once she was free she decided to give me a ride on her back above the water, I really enjoyed it. She told me that she was from the class Mammal and she had a giant fin that could propel her the water at 30 mph. At the end of the day i knew she was the biggest mammal but not too big.
