Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Graham crackers
  • 11 tablespoons of unsalted butter,melted
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 packages of 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 11 cans of 4 ounce sweet condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Materials

  1. 1 Large plastic bag
  2. 1 Medium-sized bowl
  3. 1 9 inch spring-form pan
  4. 1 Electric mixer
  5. 1 Large bowl
  6. 1 Rubber spatula
  7. 1 Plastic wrap
  8. 1 Tablespoon
  9. 1 Teaspoon

Step 1

Put the Graham crackers in a large plastic bag and crush them until they turn into crumbs.

Step 2

Pour the crumbs into a medium-size bowl.

Step 3

Stir in sugar and butter, make it well-mixed.

Step 4

Put the mixture into a 9 inch springform pan.

Step 5

Put it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.

Step 6

While waiting for the crumbs, using an electric mixer, at medium high-speed, beat the cream cheese inside a large bowl until it's smooth.

Step 7

Beat the sweet condensed milk a little at a time

Step 8

Beat the lemon juice and vanilla extract.

Step 9

Get the crumbs out of the freezer.

Step 10

Pour the filling inside the harden crumbs and smoothan the top with a rubber spatula.

Step 11

Cover it with a plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 3 hours.

Step 12

When it's done, take it out and remove the plastic wrap.
