Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Starting this Monday at 5:45-7 pm @ The Yoga Center

Inviting mamas to be and new mamas with your babies.

This class is designed for expectant mothers and moms in postpartum stage returning back to activity. Our warm and supportive classes provide space for you to connect to other prenatal and postnatal moms. Typical class will provide breathing exercises (pranayama), gentle stretches and asana practice, strengthening and toning movements and lots of rest and relaxation. New mamas have an option to bring baby to the class (newborn till crawling stage).

Every Monday at 5:45 pm-7 pm @ The Yoga Center
