The Fantastic Fruit!
My Fantastic Fruit is a mixture of a pineapple, a mango, a lemon and a orange. All of these fruits share a lot of the same health benefits, but they all have one they call there own. Pineapples, because of their fiber and water content, help to prevent constipation and promote regularity and a healthy digestive tract. Mangos play a protective role in eye health, and possibly ward off damage from macular degeneration. Foods that are high in vitamin C (Such as lemos) and other antioxidants can help the immune system battle germs that cause a cold or the flu. According to the American Heart Association, eating higher amounts of a compound found in citrus fruits like oranges and grapefruit may lower ischemic stroke risk for women. My Fantastic Fruit is the healing fruit. Whom ever eats this fruit will become healed of their problems but only for that day. If a person would like to stay healthy they would have to eat this fruit on a daily basis. It also can change colors to whatever color you'd like that fruit to be before you consume it. It's just a little fun factor it has to it, which make's people want to eat it even more! :)
