Counselor's Corner with Mrs. Sears
Hello my panther families. I miss you guys so very much. From the many conversations I have had over the last weeks, I can 100% say that you guys miss us as well. One of the main themes that I have heard through my conversations with families is that there are all these emotions and/or behaviors being exhibited by their child(ren). In last week's counselor's corner, I created a video called flipping your lid to help explain the development of emotions and how to help your child(ren) to work through them and be able to calm down. Now, I am going to provide you this simple sheet to help you to tackle planning out rewards and consequences for the behaviors you have been noticing with your child(ren). All of these steps are what I would do with you if we were to talk together.
