Mission: Establishing a LifeLong Journey of Self Care. All Are Welcome! (Staff and Students)

The purpose of the club is to focus on positivity and self-talk, learn to grow from your experiences and control your mind. We believe that meditation and journaling creates a space where you can clear your mind, express gratitude, and change your life. We want to share some self care techniques for mindfulness and healthy life skills. This group will also promote conversation, friendship, and support through life challenges.

Meeting Days: Every other Wednesday in the library, starting at 3:30pm, 30 minute sessions (alternates Wednesdays with Patriot Yoga). First Winter Session is Wednesday, December 8th, then beginning again January 12th.
