From the Principal’s Desk
This is the time of the year when we begin to think about next year. Our sixth and seventh grade students had the opportunity to request Related Arts classes. We have our sixth grade orientation dates next week and we are beginning to think about new projects for next year. One group that is a critical part of our success is our PTO. In the next month, we will choose officers for next school year. We must have four officers in order to run the PTO. With two of the officers going to the high school we will need new faces. If you are interested in becoming an officer please consider attending our next PTO Meeting on April 4th at 5 pm. If you are unable to attend this meeting, but are still interested in being an officer please contact me at willogar@wcps.k12.md.us or Dr. Mora at MoraJan@wcps.k12.md.us.
Report cards will be posted on Friday, April 6th. If you need assistance accessing your account please contact us. I hope everyone has a safe and relaxing Spring Break. Enjoy the time with your family and I will see you on Tuesday April 3.

The 2018 BMS Winter Color Guard did an amazing job at the North Hagerstown High School Competition held on Saturday March 24, 2018. The students performed to the song, "Stars," by rock band Skillet and designed the entire routine themselves. Great Job!
