Intro to Kundalini Yoga Class with Victoria

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient yoga from the East. The Kundalini is the snake caroled up at the base of your spine known as spinal fluid. As you do Kundalini Yoga, the snake (spinal fluid) works its way up your spine and balances out left and right hemispheres.

The class will start out with Mantras to help get your mind in a positive place before you begin your practice. Victoria will guide you in a short meditation before hand to get you in your hearts then work your way to poses and movements. Ending with a nice Mantra to balance the energy used during the practice. A great beginning to your day.

This is a great way to get an exercise and heighten your spirituality at the same time. Come join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:00 AM for a whole hour of Kundalini Yoga.
