A Message from Ms. Colon

Dear Mary Williams Families:

What a blizzard we had this past week! As I walked outside I could not help but enjoy the white landscape and families playing in the snow. I must confess that I spent most of my time reading! I have a goal of reading at least 50 books this year. As of now I have completed 30% of my challenge. Can you guess how many books I have read so far?

With all the time we had off we must come back strong and ready to learn. This means coming to school everyday ready to do our best! I know we can do it Panther Cubs.

I would like to thank once again our custodial staff and facilities office for their hard work in preparing our building for a safe return. We are very fortunate to have them.

This week we celebrate School Administrators and Counselors. I am extremely blessed to lead alongside a great team. Mr. Peck, Ms. Simpson, Ms. Herwig, and Ms. Brown are true champions for children. In everything they do, they put students first. They truly understand our vision of doing whatever it takes to make sure our students receive the education they deserve. Please help me honor them this week. They deserve it!

Proud to be your leader,

Ms. Colon
