Advocate for Yourself - A Message from Mr. Fry
Emailing Your Teachers - A Message from Mrs. Eck
Organizing Your Learning Space - A Message from Mrs. Hoover
Please see the message that was sent to our students.
I hope your Friday is off to a great start! I want to take some time to remind you about the themes of our Spartan Student Success Series and talk about this week's theme!
Week #1: Celebrations - We celebrated our Spartans!
Week #2: Engagement - We discussed how you can be engaged by turning on your camera, participating in teacher-directed chats, and joining Google Meets on time.
Week #3: Organization - We shared ideas about organizing your Canvas page and reminded you to check Skyward and Canvas on a regular basis.
Week #4: Advocate of Yourself - This week Mrs. Hoover already shared about organizing your learning space at home. You can watch her message here if you have not had a chance to see it. Now here are two new tips to help you advocate for yourself:
- You can email your teacher when you have questions or need extra help. Check out this message from Mrs. Eck about emailing your teachers.
- You can set a timer or alarm to make sure you are arriving to your classes on time. Click here to access an online alarm. You can also access a clock app on your chromebook. If you do not see the app, you can go into Google Play and install the app that way.
Have a wonderful weekend!!!!

Checking Grades & Report Cards
The grades you see on the Classes screen are “live” from the teacher's grade book and will typically match what you see on the report card. At the end of each marking period, the grades are finalized and then the Report Card is shown on Skyward.
