Everything You Need Resides Within
Creating a Restorative Practice at Home
Join Margo Rosingana, RYT and create a Restorative Yoga practice at home.
Life pulls us in several different directions in the day to day and even moment to moment. You perhaps already know and feel all the benefits that a Restorative yoga practice can offer. You realize that it is a powerful way to gather all the pieces of your life to create a feeling of wholeness, clarity and ease. Life is hectic and we don't always have time to commit to a 75 minute practice. This workshop was specifically designed for people to develop a home Restorative practice without lots of fancy props or the luxury of time.
After our 2 hours together you will:
⁃ Learn how to carve out time and space in your schedule to fully commit to your
practice for just 5 minutes a day.
⁃ Learn proper blanket management (the difference between a blanket roll and a
blanket stack)
⁃ Experience simple breathing exercises (Pranayama) to bring your attention out of
your mind and back to your body
⁃ Leave with a hand-out that includes:
*10 Restorative Poses with descriptions and diagrams that only require 2 blankets
*A sequence that can be adapted to fit your schedule
*A list of resources that includes books, music and websites
