PK 4.3 - Weekly Newsletter
"It's easier to take than to give. It's nobler to give than to take. The thrill of taking lasts a day. The thrill of giving lasts a lifetime.”
- Joan Marques
Every year preschool does a community outreach project. Four years ago the PK teachers had the idea of having an art show to display their student’s work and raised funds to help a kid with leukemia and cancer by making his/ her wish come true. Children helping children in their educational process was the goal behind this fundraiser.
A big thank you to ALL of you who came out and supported the ART SHOW. Thank you for making this possible. So amazing to see the smiles on each child's face, so eager to show their work. During this long process, it was incredible to see how the teachers were so open minded and willing to learn new strategies to implement and help children learn and grow.
This wouldn't have been possible without all of YOU! We are so grateful for all of your support and helping us make a dream come true!
