JOB READINESS: Why Should I Hire You? - Tuesday, April 11th at 6PM
Searching for employment is a daunting task for jobseekers who often do not have the knowledge, skills and abilities to navigate the seemingly complex terrain consisting of resumes, cover letters, and application forms, or the ability to interview effectively. Activities in this Employment Readiness program have been designed to be highly interactive, giving opportunities for patrons to learn through case studies, role play, individual and group study. Partake in this free ongoing series, instructed by business woman, Monique Dennis.

FITNESS FRIDAYS: Chair Yoga– Friday, April 28th at 3PM
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Yoga helps with breath control and relaxation. Join instructor, Morgan Gose, for the ultimate relaxation!
