Apple CEO
TIm Cook became CEO of apple 6 weeks before Steve Jobs(former CEO) died in 2011.Cook's executive changes occurred after the third quarter of the fiscal year (Q3), when revenues and profits grew less than predicted. Most people called him "responsible" or "ambitious". Most people call him "inovative" because he did everything to try and make Apple Maps better, and others call him trustworthy because he apoliziged for not doing the best of his capability for the maps.. something Steve jobs never did.
Traits
Me and Tim Cook share alot of traits that can define our leadership capability such as ambitous, responsiblity, trustworthyness, and many more. I think we share the ambitous trait because were both ambitous to design new stuff. I think we share the responsibility trait cause we both can be trusted with something and we can deliver it. I think were both trustworthy because we be trusted with a product and take care of it. I want to follow him because he puts his traits up and makes products for society all over the world. I think all leaders should be like Tim by using his traits. The traits you need to be the most effective leader in my opinion is responsiblity, trustworthy, and honesty.
