About the App

The app is called, Workouts. It is free and very user friendly. It walks you through every step, and isn't at all confusing like lots of other apps. The purpose of this app is to lose a little weight and stay in shape. You can pause or exit from the app at any time without losing progress. This app does not require you to put in your name, address, or phone number, so creepy people on the internet can't call or email you.

My Thoughts on the App

I would recommend this app to people who are looking to lose some weight or just to stay in shape. I would not recommend this app to people who are in a bit better shape than others and are looking for a faster workout. I like that the app is very easy to use and has workouts that include every part of the body. You can also set your workout for a certain amount of time. I didn't like that the app is slow. I felt like they should make a different intensity level to adjust to what people are looking for. If other middle school students were to use this app regularly they would be able to stay in shape, have a healthier life and maybe even lose a little weight.
