Counseling Connection
PERMENTER MIDDLE SCHOOL
Greetings Longhorns!
It's officially Spring, which means nice weather, activities, and more. Spring can also be a little stressful as it marks the beginning of testing season and the end of the school year.
Let's use last month's focus on wellness and this month's focus on being active, to help you push through and manage this busy season. Staying mindful and active is as good for the brain as it is for the body. "Movement is a medicine for changing our physical, emotional and mental states." ~Carol Welch
