Humble ISD District Spelling Bee

Congratulations to our BBE Spelling Bee Champion, Sawyer Welch, for his hard work competing in the Humble ISD District Spelling Bee on Saturday, January 28! We appreciate his hard work representing our Bears!

The Great Kindness Challenge

Bear Branch Elementary will be participating in The Great Kindness Challenge February 13th-17th. On Monday, February 13th students will receive a Kind Acts list of ideas. We encourage families to get involved and participate not only at school but around our community. We challenge you to spread kindness everywhere! Click the picture below for a video link!

Valentine's Day Parties

Valentine Parties will be held on Tuesday, February 14 @ 2:00 pm. Please watch for detailed information from your student's teacher regarding Valentine exchanges, etc. If parents would like to attend, please RSVP to have your visitor badge pre-printed.


1st Grade Field Trip First Grade will travel to Little Beakers in The Woodlands on Monday, March 6 @ 8:45 am, then return to eat lunch at the Bear Branch park @12:00 pm. Please complete this Permission Form for your child to participate in the field trip.	3rd Grade Field Trip Third Grade will travel to the Houston Rodeo on Wednesday, March 8 @ 8:30 am, and will arrive back at BBE @ 1:30 pm. Please complete this Permission Form for your child to participate in the field trip.	Kinder Field Trip Kindergarten will travel to the Houston Zoo on Friday, March 24 @ 8:30 am, and will arrive back at BBE @ 1:30 pm. Please complete this Permission Form for your child to participate in the field trip.

Fourth Grade will travel to the Sam Houston Memorial Museum in Huntsville on Friday, March 31 @ 8:30 am and arrive back at BBE @ 1:45 pm. Please complete this Permission Form for your child to participate in the field trip.

Humble ISD is hosting a Mental Health & Wellness Fair at Atascocita High School, February 23, 2023 @ 6pm. Our goal is to help decrease the stigma around mental health, provide tools and tips to parents and staff for improving their health. We know that relationships yield better results.
