MTSS Launch

The Multi-Tierred System of Support (MTSS) will begin this week. This week's focus will be around getting the students to rotate for MTSS block. Teachers will begin using the intervention materials with the intervention groups. Teachers in Grades K-5 will begin using the ELD Reading Wonders program for our English learners. Teachers in Grades 6-8 will focus on vocabulary and grammar with English learners until the ELD program for these grades has been provided. I should have upcoming dates for this training soon. Enrichment group teachers may begin their enrichment units selected by the teacher for the next 4 weeks. The Odyssey of the Mind program has begun the purchasing process. Mrs. Valenzuela will follow-up with the enrichment teachers. Please let the administrators know if you need any support in these areas. There are more student workbooks for intervention so please let us know if you need more or different levels.
