Veteran's Day!

• Next Friday, November 11, is Veteran's Day. We'd love to honor our local veterans with a Veteran's Day Luncheon on Friday from 12:00-12:50pm. See the invite below. If you'd like to come, please RSVP by taking this survey or by emailing thusted@nsd131.org.
• Also, we honor all our military families. If you or a member of your family served or is serving in the military, please consider sending us a picture that we can post on our military bulletin board.

Jog-a-Thon Results!

• As a school, we made over $4000 at our Jog-a-Thon! That's a lot of laps and a lot of effort from our kids and families. Thank you!
• Prizes will be delivered to all our kids who earned them next week.
• The top earning class who wins the Silly String fight with Mrs. Tripp is...Mrs. Johnson's class! We'll have that fight Thursday, and you can bet there will be a video posted on YouTube.
• Our top girl lap runner at school is...Nora R. in Mrs. Sweet's class.
• Our top boy lap runner at school is...Jordan N. in Mrs. Angle's class.
• Our top earner at school is...Jaxon L. in Mrs. Johnson's class.
• If you'd like a say in how the money is spent, please consider joining our PTA. The next meeting is at Indian Creek Elementary on Thursday, Nov. 10 from 3:45-4:45pm.
