What Is It ?
Vitamin B6 is a very important part of your daily nutrition. It aids lowering homocystiene, which is a common amino acid found in the blood. High levels of homocystiene are related to early development of heart and blood vessel disease.
Where is it found ?
Vitamin B6 is found in most meats like beef poultry, and fish. It can also be found in eggs. Pretty much in all the places that you can get protien.
What does it do ?
It helps convert typophan to niacin and serotonin, a nurotransmitter that plays a key role in sleep, appitite, and moods. It also helps make red blood cells, and influences congnitive abilities and immune functions.
