The two Capulet servants Sampson and Gregory planned a fight between the two families rivals, soon after though the small encounter between the two, quickly became a blood bath between the two. Resulting in Prince creating a law or rule stating that anyone, Montague or Capulet, who takes part in such violence, will pay the price of death.
PICTURE OF ACT 1 SCENE 1
Later on in the scene Romeo is caught alone in the woods before sunrise by Benvolio, but runs away. When confronted by his father and Benvolio, Romeo discuses his pain and unhappiness with oxymorons. He also discusses, the fact that he's in love with a girl who doesn't like him back, and how his days feel so long because he's lacking what makes time fly.

The song Lord Knows by Meek Mill begins the song with an emotional symphony similar to beginning of Act 1 Scene 1, with its emotional brawl between the Capulets and the Montagues. The end of the song ends with an uprising of instruments really symbolizing the variety of emotions Romeo was dealing with at the end of the Scene.
