Repeat Reminders:
Preventing Sickness At School
- As we think about the new year, we also want to remind parents that the flu, RSV, COVID, and other illnesses are still prevalent in the community. In an effort to keep everyone healthy, please remember not to send students to school sick. Continue to remain aware of the signs and symptoms of these illnesses and always check with your healthcare provider if you have questions, before returning to the school environment.
Attendance-Every Minute Matters
- As we talk about school attendance, we also want to remind you that while we don’t want students and staff sick, at school, student attendance is otherwise of utmost importance.
- Beginning this month and through the remainder of the year we will share information about why “Every Minute Matters.” We want students in school all day, every day, as we know attendance is tied to student achievement.
