From the Principal's Desk
We have come to the end of another school year here at Freedom Park. As a first year principal, I have learned so much since July, and continue to grow and learn every day. One thing that has not changed is my love and gratitude for the students and families of the Fort Gordon community that we serve every day. Thank you for all your support during my first year and I am excited to see Freedom Park continue to excel, after a restful summer of course (not me - principals don’t get summer breaks).
I would also like to thank my amazing staff and our stellar PTA. Every decision they make is made with the benefit of our students in mind. I appreciate the countless hours and behind the scene work. They are the hands to the plow that make the dream work. I am forever grateful to you for all you do.
As a military family, we know, change is inevitable. It’s like the weather in my home state of Texas, keep watching and it will soon change. To our staff members who are retiring and those who are moving to other areas, I was blessed to have known you and wish you the best in your new endeavors. To our families and students who are having a Permanent Change in Station (PCS), I hope the new location understands that they are getting jewels. You are loved and will be greatly missed. We will continue to keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Please continue to stay in touch so we can celebrate the growth and success of our forever students.
To our eight grade students, you are well equip to handle what you will face. You are an Eagle. Go forth and continue the tradition of excellence. Remember, you always have a home right here with us.
In closing, I would like to congratulate the students, parents, and staff of Freedom Park School on a successful year. I wish you all a very happy, safe and enjoyable summer. Please take the time as a family to talk, play, and learn together. I look forward to seeing you in August.
Sincerely,
Dr. Titania L. Singh
