Anant Agarwal

Background
Anant Agarwal is a computer architecture researcher. He is a professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he led the development of Alewife, an early cache multiprocessor.
Movement
He is a leader of the Angstrom Project, which is creating fundamental technologies for exascale computing. This lead to two major education influences. One which is named edX and the other he helped with is Khan Academy.
edX
EdX is a nonprofit online orginization that wanted to expand access to education for everyone, enhance teaching and learning on campus and online, and to advance teaching and learning through research.
All Achievments
His accomplishments included the Khan academy, the edubox, edX, coursera, and udncity.
Khan Academy
The Khan Academy is a nonprofit group for education. Khan Academy is a great resource for students. The Academy has a library ofinformation, including interactive assessments, and videos. Students and teachers can reach this from any computer with access to the internet. The Khan Academy can give you the extra help you need with your education.
