Earn a FREE Ticket to Six Flags!
Students in grades K through 6 that complete six hours of recreational reading earn one FREE Six Flags ticket. They can read books, magazines, newspapers, eBooks or comic books. Reading for homework or a class assignment does NOT count. Students must keep a Reading Log listing what they read and the time they spent reading. A parent or teacher must initial the log. When the student reaches the goal, they must return the log to the teacher before the deadline in order to qualify for a free ticket to a Six Flags theme park. So come join the Six Flags Read to Succeed Reading Club!
What is Renaissance Home Connect?
Renaissance Home Connect allows parents and students to log in to a website and view the student's reading progress. In addition, parents can specify up to six email addresses to receive automatic updates in English or Spanish on their student's reading progress.
Renaissance Home Connect gives parents and students a snapshot of the student's AR progress, including average percent correct in quizzes, number of points earned, and ATOS book level.
Parents and students can also see all the books the student has read. Clicking a book shows details about it such as book level, word count, points, and more.
Two steps are required to get Renaissance Home Connect up and running:
