What is Immigration ?

Immigration is the movement of people into a destination country which they are not natives of or where they do not possess citizenship in order to settle or reside there, especially as permanent residents or naturalized citizens, or to take-up employment as a migrant worker or temporarily as a foreign worker.

How tough is it to cross the border ?

While crossing the border your exhausted and while going through California there are really windy places that blow dust everywhere and if you inhale it will be really bad for you and a lot of people can't carry heavy stuff like a gallon of water and if you have children that are coming with you that won't be enough because you will all get really thirsty. It will also take time to get to the USA because you have to hide from the security guards/patrol officers and sometimes you have to sleep on the ground. Its basically the same thing as the underground railroad during slavery there trying to get to a better place

Who Could Cross The Border ?

Wives and unmarried children(18 or under). Residents of the western hemisphere religious, academic professionals and "bona-fide students" under 15 years of age. Those who are not listed are referred to as a "quota immigrant"
