Message from Chris
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
It has once again been a busy week of blended online and at school learning. It has been great to see the children buzzing into school on the days they are on site, and it has been good to connect with parents on site during pick up times. We will continue to keep parents informed if there are any changes to our onsite provision as we respond to EDB guidelines over the coming weeks.
Wellbeing with Dr Helen Street and Follow Up Sessions
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the PTA for funding the wellbeing session yesterday. The session was a great success and I hope that the parents who attended found it useful.
To further support our parents during these unprecedented times we are offering ‘virtual’ drop-in sessions for parents under the leadership of Jennine Harding.
Our PTA is very thankful to have this opportunity with Jennine who is an expert in our school for family well-being.
The first session will be held on Thursday, January 28th from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. via Zoom. This session is an opportunity for parents to reflect and further elaborate on the strategies offered by Helen Street in her session and to ask questions in relation to family well-being. It will be a discussion-based platform with a maximum of 20 participants per session. Please sign up with this Google link.
If we have more people sign up than we can take in the session, then we will schedule another session after the Chinese New Year Holidays.
Distance Learning Survey and Feedback
Thank you for your support during this academic year. We have seen and worked through many challenges together across the year already. As you are aware, we are continually trying to develop the education we offer both in school and online, to make sure this best meets the needs of children during these exceptional circumstances.
Gathering your feedback and understanding your perceptions is an important part of us working together to support our students' learning and wellbeing.
As such, we kindly request that you complete the short survey below based on your perception of your child’s experiences so far.
This survey should only take a few minutes to complete. We thank you for providing this important feedback. You can find the survey here.
