Thousand Oaks Teen Center

The Thousand Oaks Teen Center will host a first ever Middle School Science Festival on Tuesday, February 26th 4:30-6pm. Numerous hand’s on demonstrations will be presented from chemists, biologists, engineers and scientists to fascinate even casual lovers of science. ELD Homework Help– If you are an ELD student level 1-5, you can come for free homework help after school on Thursdays from 3:15-4:15 in room 16. In addition you can get lunchtime help from Ms. Claudia on Mondays and Wednesdays in the library. See Ms. Harman in room 16 if you have questions.

Tutoring at the Public Libraries– September 17, 2018 - May 31, 2019 (Closed on all CVUSD holidays & breaks) Get homework help from volunteers at the Grant R. Brimhall Library and Newbury Park Library. Parents must stay in the library:

Mondays: 3 - 5 pm & Tuesdays: 2 - 4 pm Newbury Park Library Meeting Room,

Wednesdays & Thursdays: 3 - 5 pm Grant R. Brimhall Library Community Room

Tutoring at the Thousand Oaks Teen Center– The Teen Center offers completely free math tutoring for teens in 7th-12thgrade. The program runs each Monday and Thursday from 4-5:30pm when school is in session. Multiple tutors assist on a first-come/first-served basis – no registration or appointment required. Get help with ANY level or aspect of math including test prep, homework, and skill enhancement. Call 805-494-5156 for more info.
