2017
Congratulations Titan Graduates!!
~Read on for important tidbits to help ease your transition into college
Transcript Updates
Norris High School final transcripts were mailed off by Thursday June 1st to the college you listed on the senior survey. According to UNL, we can expect those to be processed by the end of this month (they are currently backlogged with over 3,000 transcripts). Any requested transcripts for dual credit classes from SCC were mailed to the respective college issuing dual credit on May 26th. Please allow time for those colleges to process the transcript request and send it off to your attending college. If you did not have a chance to fill out a dual credit transcript request, you may still do that on your own (submit online for Wesleyan and Peru). If you need a Norris high school transcript in the future, you will use the link transcript request form found on the guidance webpage.
NCAA/NAIA
Final Norris transcripts were mailed off by Thursday June 1st for all registered NCAA or NAIA students. Be sure YOU SENT YOUR ACT scores directly to the NCAA clearinghouse or NAIA eligibility center~ you will do this directly from your ACT student account online. This is not something we can do for you.
Scholarship Updates~ send a Thank you!
Informative letters were mailed out to scholarship recipients from the honors convocation. Exact names of scholarships received, as well as contact addresses were included. Show your appreciation to those who have donated to your educational journey with a hand written thank you note. Including your post secondary plans would be of interest to them.
