Things I Can Do
To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will maintain my physical health by getting the exercise needed, eating healthy, and keeping myself clean. I will maintain my mental health by continuing to have a positive self image, and doing my best at school and in life.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future, but I will react to that "pain" by seeing the positive that could come from it, and seeing the pain from a different perspective. If I do these things, I will gain a more positive reaction to it, and in the future, I will start to see pain not as a hurtful thing, but as a constructive thing that will improve my self-image.
I Am Who I Am Because Of My Surroundings
In life, I want to be able to have confidence in myself without feeling guilty or jealous, so I need to surround myself with people who make me feel okay about who I am, and people who don't beat me down or make me feel like there's nothing good about myself or in my life.
