In order to stay healthy, you have to be willing to eat the right foods, exercise on a regular basis, and get the appropriate amount of sleep for your age. If you can do these things, you will be able to maintain a healthy physical and mental state, improve mental sharpness and being alert, and enhance your immune system.
Healthy Foods
Eating a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, and many fluids, such as water, will help you stay active and support your body and immune system
Exercising
Physical activities and daily exercise for at least 60 minutes a day is enough to keep your body healthy and support your growth and energy throughout life.
Sleep
An average human should get from an 8-10 hour sleep every night. While you are sleeping, your body is helping to repair and support cognitive brain functions and maintain your physical health. Sleep may also help heal injures or illnesses you may be having.
Breaking Bad Habits
When trying to get healthy there are also some things that you should never do. In order to stay healthy you should never drink or smoke. You should stay away from foods that have high calories and sugars and low protein and other nutrients.
