ACT Letters through 4th Period- Pre-coding Continues

There will be two letters going out this week from ACT through 4th period:

1. Letter goes out on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20- They are white and in your boxes. They only go to ACT students and are labeled with names

2. Letter goes out on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 23- They will be colored and in your boxes on Thursday afternoon. They will also go to ACT students in your 4th period and will be labeled.

Master ACT Coding List

Students will continue to code this week. They received letters but you will need to remind them. Please reference the list daily. Thank you.

ELEOT Observations

Eleot observations have been completed on paper and will be entered in the system by February 28. If you have not yet been observed, expect it this week.
