  • the digestive system is a very important part of the body, Without the digestive system you wouldn't be able to digest food correctly.Your food will will be stuck all over the place,it'll be a mess.
  • This system is made of organs that break down food into protein, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, and fats.The body needs this for energy, growth, and repair.
  • This system all starts with the mouth then ends at the anus.
  • Your digestive system is constructed to perform its specialized function of turning food into the energy you need to survive and packaging the residue for waste disposal.
  • The organs that are in this system is the mouth,esophagus,stomach,small intestine,pancreas,liver,gallbladder,large intestine,rectum,and lastly the anus.

A common disorder

Digestive system disorders can cause a lot of discomfort. Symptoms can include gas, diarrhea, constipation, cramps, nausea and vomiting.

Maintaining Digestive System Health

Eat fruits and veggies,get plenty of fiber, consume adequate protein,get nutrients from food first,stay hydrated,keep calm,and keep moving
