Mr. Wiegmann
SPRING CAMPUS CLEAN-UP RESCHEDULED
Many thanks.
2022-2023 REGISTRATION
Note to Current Students' parents: Remember, if you are RE-ENROLLING your student, you must use the snapcode provided to you in your email. If you are having trouble finding this email, please contact the office. DO NOT Enroll your student as a NEW student.
Registration Fee: Your Registration is not complete without paying the fee. Please avail yourself to the opportunity to early register your child/ren for a discount on your registration fee. The registration fee is $150/ family this year; however, if you pay by April 15th, you will only have to pay $100/family. Part of your registration fee also covers your $40 FACTS Grant & Aid Application, which all families are required to fill out.
AFTER SCHOOL PICKUPS
We are seeing improvement with this; however, please understand we are having an issue with the items below.
Late Pickups:
We are still seeing a few students still left in the building after car dismissal has ended at the end of the school day. We are usually finished releasing all of our car lines by 3:15 p.m. (Thursday, 2:15 p.m.). We ask that you get to school no later than the 3:15 timeframe (preschool we ask that you be in the 3 p.m. car line).
This especially becomes an issue on Thursday, as teachers are scheduled to be in meetings or collaboration sessions and cannot supervise students waiting on rides.
Supervision Issue:
To help with after-school supervision, all families have the option to sign up for our After-Care Program with the Learn Resource Center! "New Registration" forms can be accessed at this link.
We have begun sending children to After-Care if they are not picked up by 3:15 - 3:20. If this happens, you will then be responsible for signing up with Learn Resource Center and paying the initial fee for your child or children.
Thank you for helping us work out a resolution.
