Healthy Recipe #1: Breakfast

Toast (bread), Egg, Bacon, Milk or Orange Juice

Healthy Recipe #2: Dinner

Pork Chop with Apples. Has around 300 calories and contains these materials:

1 pound small fingerling potatoes
2 cloves garlic
Kosher salt
4 1/2-inch-thick boneless pork loin chops (5 ounces each)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
Freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 large red onion, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
2 Granny Smith apples, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3/4 cup apple cider
1/4 cup buttermilk
