SAT and PSAT Testing
April 6, 2022
Testing for all Students in grades 9, 10, and 11 will be on Wednesday, April 13th.
Seniors are not required to be in attendance on the 13th. They should take the opportunity to job shadow, visit colleges, fill out scholarship applications, and prepare for next year. Parents do not need to call their Senior students in as absent on this day.
For all 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students who are testing, please understand that we will not be able to enter the testing room to withdraw your students early or send them messages. If you have an emergency, please see the front desk and we will help you from there.
All students grades 9, 10, and 11 are required to take the test. Our make-up test date for students who are ill or absent will test on April 26.
9th graders only!
- Students will begin testing at 8:45 sharp.
- Room assignments will be posted throughout the building.
- Students who need accommodations have already been pre-approved and will be tested in different rooms based on their timing needs.
- Students need to bring their own calculator.
- Extra #2 pencils will be helpful to your student. Students cannot use mechanical pencils on the test.
- STUDENTS CANNOT BRING A CELL PHONE OR ANY TYPE OF SMART WATCH INTO THE TESTING ROOM!!!!!
- Students will finish about 12:00 PM and will go to lunch at that time.
- Students will be released at 12:30 PM
- Buses will run at normal time.
10th graders only!
- Students will begin testing at 8:45 sharp.
- Room assignments will be posted throughout the building.
- Students who need accommodations have already been pre-approved and will be tested in different rooms based on their timing needs.

11th Grade - Juniors - the graduation requirement test!
Parents, please make sure your students sleep the night before the test, and eat breakfast before they come to school. If they are not able to eat at home and still be on time, please make sure your student will arrive in time to grab something in the cafeteria.
- Students will begin testing at 8:45 sharp. The test is just over 4 hours long.
- STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO TESTING ROOMS LATE!
- Room assignments will be posted throughout the building.
- Students who need accommodations have already been pre-approved and will be tested in different rooms based on their timing needs.
- Students need to bring their own calculator.
- Extra #2 pencils will be helpful to your student. Mechanical pencils cannot be used on the test.
- STUDENTS CANNOT BRING A CELL PHONE OR ANY TYPE OF SMART WATCH INTO THE TESTING ROOM!!!!! Students that violate this rule may cause the entire testing room to be invalidated.
- Students will be provided with a small snack at the short break of the testing sections as defined by SAT.
- Students will finish about 1:30 PM and will be released after all the materials have been collected. A cold lunch will available for students to pick up as they leave.
- Buses will run at normal times.
