NEW ITEM: Texas First Responders Day & Patriot Day (Sept. 11th)
Moment of Silence, specifically to Commemorate September 11, 2001.
To show our appreciation for all first responders within our local communities that risk their lives each day for the safety of our citizens, we ask that everyone take a moment of silence to remember all first responders.
Constitution Day (Sept. 17th) & Celebrate Freedom Week (Sept. 17th-21st)
In honor of Constitution Day & Celebrate Freedom Week, we are excited to have each of our 3rd-5th grade students participate in this celebration.
As noted in the 3rd-5th grade Scope and Sequences, students are required to recite a portion of the Declaration of Independence, in honor of celebrating Constitution Day which commemorates the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution by thirty-nine brave men on September 17, 1787.
