The benefits of being flexible are you will prevent pains, poor posture and aches, it also helps your heart. It can balance your emotions and keep your balance.

How does one improve their flexibility?

Ways people can improve their flexibility are you can do a dynamic warm up, also a workout with little static stretching and you can also do a full range of motion.

Personal connection

A personal connection is I play a sport. The sport I play is field hockey and we stretch before working out. We would run around the field then we would stretch because of the stretching i never pulled a muscle.
