Lists should be written in both English and Spanish.
Share your lists with Mr. Parra and Ms. Martinez by the end of the day today:)
Kindergarten teachers please make sure that you have copies of the first grade supply lists so that you can send them home after your "Celebration". 1st-8th grade teachers, please make sure that you have copies available to distribute to your new students on Thursday, June 20th.
June 20th Schedule
Immediately after the Kindergarten celebration we will have our 8th Grade Graduation Ceremony. Teachers and students should begin lining the hallways of our Main Building at 9:00. Graduates will be sent to the playground after their ceremony where they will meet their parents and take photos. Please do not use the playground before 10:30.
There will be no grade level meetings or enrichment classes on the last day of school. At 2:30 we will make an announcement for students to meet their new teachers. (Don't forget to write the new room numbers on your report cards!) Please make sure that you have copies of your supply lists and any other summer tasks or assignments ready for distribution. We will begin calling rooms for dismissal at 2:55.
In anticipation of Thursday dismissal "madness", please let your parents know where they can expect to pick up their children. We will have staff available outside to assist with the process.
Thank You Luncheon
There will be 7 teenagers in the church group that are available for a few hours during the day to help out around the school. If you have any chores (cleaning, moving materials, etc.) let me know.
