NEW - Back-to-School Reminders
- 1st period begins at 7:15 AM. Students are expected to be in their classes, ready-to-go at this time.
- All students who drive their vehicles to Miller must have a MCTC parking permit. If you are a new driver or got a new vehicle over the holiday, please see the parking permit information below.
- Students must wear their ID badges at all times during school hours, while on school property as part of district safety requirements. Students who are not wearing their IDs will be asked to purchase a temporary ID to wear throughout the day.
- Students must follow the Katy ISD dress code while at Miller. Please see the flyer below for a quick visual reminder. Replacement clothing will be available for students who elect to not follow the dress code.
MCTC Parking Permit Information
If you plan to drive your vehicle to and from Miller, and you do not already have a MCTC parking permit, please follow the instructions below.
To obtain a Parking Permit, ensure you have the following ready-to-go:
- A photo of your driver’s license ready for upload.
- A photo or PDF of your vehicle insurance ready for upload.
- Submit the $10.00 permit fee through Pay N’Go.
- Complete the MCTC Parking Permit request or use QR Code
- The Confirmation Number received through Pay N’Go is required on the Google form
Click on the link below to view the MCTC Traffic Patterns Map, which shows where students will park and what path students will take to exit the parking lot at dismissal.
NEW - 2023 - 2024 Miller Course Requests
Ms. Perez, our Admissions Specialist, will be visiting all year one classes and providing students with Miller course information.
Additionally, students and parents can attend one of our Preview Nights in January, although not required. Please see the flyer below for details and please feel free to share with friends and neighbors.

Mrs. Mitchell Mrs. Mitchell was nominated for being such an exceptional teacher and colleague. She is a calming presence and strong leader who constantly reassures fellow teachers when they feel uncertain. She is an asset to the Miller family! | Mrs. Yap Mrs. Yap was nominated for constantly working to build not only staff, but also student morale on campus. She always has a kind word for everyone and is committed to setting the standard for our staff and students. Congratulations! |

Braylen Perkins - Taylor HS Braylen was nominated by his Manufacturing teacher, Mr. Bergstrom, for always maintaining his dedication to learning and putting in the effort to do it "right." He is positive and has built great working relationships with his peers. | Brockton Richards - Seven Lakes HS Brockton was nominated by his Vet Med teacher, Mrs. Shiver, for showing passion and commitment to the veterinary industry. He helps empower his fellow classmates and continually strives to better himself in the classroom and at his internship. | Kayla Rodriguez - Paetow HS Kayla was nominated by her EMT teacher, Mrs. Ondruch, for demonstrating above and beyond empowerment while on one of her rotations at Memorial Hermann ER. Kayla offered to assist the ER team performing chest compressions on a young child. |

Zafar Shiekh - Cinco Ranch HS Brockton was nominated by Mr. Burkett, his Automotive teacher, for his constant curiosity about vehicles and how they work. Brockton is the first to sign up for volunteer activities to help promote Miller's Automotive program. | Bryton "Ace" Wilson - Paetow HS Ace was nominated by Mr. Van der Rest, his Digital Audio teacher, for his huge passion in the recording industry. Ace is always curious and constantly willing to try new things in the recording studio. |
