No Teacher Left Behind As a nation we should provide consistent learning opportunities for teachers to ensure that they are not left behind in learning about new techniques and strategies by promoting professional development workshops to improve teachers knowledge, skills, and implement new ideas for various forms of new technology as well as ways to engage and interact with their students.All teachers across the country should use certain practices like; a. Communication skills being able to build a relationship with their students and understanding their learning needs.b. Engage students with interesting activities using media and new technology.c. Be clear and precise when giving instructions to students.d.Allow students to lead in the decisions.There should be a consistent standard for all teachers to meet, just as students must pass high stakes test. standards should be; 1.Professional training 2.Assesssments to demonstrate competency and knowlwdge for effective learning.Teachers are not being well prepared to master the NETS-T standards in their classrooms, because they lack adequate training that is needed to implement these twenty first century skills in their daily lesson plan and curriculum
