Wunderlich Farm
In 1988, The Klein, Texas Historical Foundation was established as a non-profit Texas corporation. The Foundation’s objectives are to assist in the preservation of buildings, sites, documents, photos and records of the community of Klein, Texas, as well as to promote interest and encourage study and research in the community’s history. Except by special appointment, the exhibits are only open to the public during the last Saturday of the month tours. (This includes Doerre students/staff)
Interested in scheduling a visit to the farm with your classes? Please email Steve Baird (sbaird1@kleinisd.net) to schedule a time. Techie Tiff has created the Wunderlich Farms Google Calendar linked on the Doerre Dashboard. Please double check the calendar to see which days are booked and when Steve is available.

Doerre Dashboard
The Doerre Dashboard contains all things Doerre and islinked here. Please bookmark the link for future use, as we will be using it for many things in the future! The daily bell schedule, Pride folder,ISS lists and more can be found there daily.
Pledges and Daily Announcements
The Doerre Dashboard has a link to the United States and Texas pledges for use each morning in 1st period. There is a separate link for announcements that should be played during the 5 min time before Pride when students should review the claimed list for the day. (It is important that students are able to look at he claimed list during this time because some teachers are claiming throughout the day). These announcements will only be updated on Tuesday and Thursdays.
Discovery Education
Due to low usage, Discovery Education will be discontinued at the end of this school year. Any downloaded content from Discovery Education MUST BE DELETED by the end of the school year because the district will no longer subscribe to the service. As an alternative, teachers may complete a help desk ticket to create a “white listed” YouTube channel to post any videos they have created for students to use.
