Ancient Mesopotamia



Mesopotamia is located in southwest Asia. There are two main rivers, the Tigris and Euphrates. The meaning of Mesopotamia in Greek is between rivers. Mesopotamia is also called the Fertile Crescent because of the soil fertility the climate is warm and they experience a lot of rain.
