It's About that Time Again - Recharter Your Unit
Good afternoon,
The time of the year for recharter is quickly coming upon us. I wanted to put out a info blast for the upcoming recharter training we will be hosting for the Brazos Valley district. The recharter training will be held Thursday November 7th starting at 7:00 pm at First Christian Church of Granbury, same location/ time as round table. We will be going over updates, the recharter program, and turn in information. If you plan to attend or are sending the recharter rep from your unit please let me know. I will be following up with a call on Monday from units we have not heard back from.
On a second, but related note I am also currently looking into ensuring everyone is accounted for on your roster. If you can send me your current working den rosters, pack/troop/crew meeting sign in sheet, or similar roster I will check it compared to the council roster. Please do not send a Scoutbook or my.scouting without scanning over it as that is the same list I will be comparing. If you can either send it via email, give me a call, or bring a hard copy to the recharter training for me to look over.
Please let me know if I can answer any questions you have before the training. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you,
Ryan Hecker | Senior District Executive
